
We need to talk. The only way we’re going
to fully understand the project and reach the best solution is talk to you. We like to get the designers in front of you too. They need to hear what you have to say as well. That way we’ll all be singing from the
same sheet.

You can give us a written brief if you wish, or we can create a proposal that you can approve. We will also agree all budgets and schedules before we start. We pride ourselves on bringing jobs in on budget, and there won’t be any extra costs unless you agree to them first. That’s guaranteed.

You won’t have to worry about any subsidiary work such as photography, illustration, programming or printing. If we can’t do it ourselves we will find someone who can, and manage them to provide the same high quality work as our own. We only use suppliers who make us look good, and that helps us to make you look good too.

We’re not going to fob you off with the office junior the moment you sign on the dotted line. There will always be one of our senior people working on your job. They will push the job through and regularly report to you on progress. However, we have regular team briefings so if your first point of contact isn’t available, there will always be someone else to talk to.

All our design staff are thoroughly soaked in the latest technical aspects of design, printing, and new media. Some specialise in certain areas but they’re a pretty smart bunch all round. And where we don’t understand something, we have a roster of external consultants to advise us.

We treat all information supplied to us by clients as confidential. All our people have signed agreements and we are very sensitive to the rules of insider dealing. To do the best work, we have to convince you to trust us. We have never broken a client’s trust – if we had we wouldn’t be in business.
